VCCS Alumna Kristen Jackson Receives Three Prestigious Awards

On High Point University’s Honors Day, VCCS alum, Kristen Jackson (c/o '21) was honored with three incredible awards in recognition of her leadership, service, and impact across campus. The most prestigious of the three, the University Community Impact Award, is a university-wide honor given to the student whose service has made the largest and most profound difference to the student body, faculty, staff, and the broader HPU community. Kristen was also awarded the HPU Student Government Association’s Award for Exceptional Civic Leadership, recognizing her dedication to uplifting her peers and championing causes that matter. In addition, Turning Point USA at HPU, under her leadership, received the Event of the Year Award for hosting a powerful and engaging town hall with Senator JD Vance.

To God be all the glory! Kristen is deeply grateful for these acknowledgments and praises the Lord for His faithfulness, especially during such a busy and pivotal time in the semester.
