New Enrollment
Applying to Victory Christian Center SchoolAdmission to VCCS is based on academic potential, an interview with the administration, an entrance exam, and the submission of all fees and forms. A signed form consenting to abide by the rules and policies of Victory Christian Center School must be submitted by the parent.
Tuition Rates and Fees Sheets
Step 1Submit an inquiry form and attend a virtual orientation session to learn about the school’s structure, educational philosophy, spiritual assessments, grading system and other pertinent information.
Step 2Submit the completed application and all required documents, along with your non-refundable application fee.
Step 3Once your application is reviewed a member of our team will reach out to you to schedule the entrance exam.
Final admission decision will be given by the principal in person.
Once accepted, student records should be transferred to VCCS including student's recent physical exam, a certified birth certificate, a current head and shoulder photo, and an updated immunization chart.
Age requirements for students entering school:
-A child entering K5 must be 5 years old by October 16th.
-A child entering 1st grade must be 6 years old by October 16th.

Victory Christian Center School has a multi-cultural student body consisting of students from around the globe. Our diverse population comprised of students from North and South America, Europe, Africa and Asia offers a unique learning experience which promotes acceptance and appreciation for others' differences. Our intentional students enjoy a safe and secure atmosphere in which they are nurtured and challenged to reach their fullest potential while developing wholesome long-lasting friendships. They experience American culture through field trips, school clubs, athletic teams, college visits and numerous sponsored events. International students whose families are not local are placed with carefully-selected Christian host families that are approved by our International Department to ensure they remain in a Christian family environment while in the states.

Returning Students
Reenrollment for returning students begins February 1, 2024.
We value our returning students, as they provide an experienced base for our classes, serving as "leaders" and role models for our incoming students. In addition, we value returning families, as you contribute to the ever-growing sense of community here at VCCS.
In order to complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access our ParentsWeb through your existing login.
To access ParentsWeb:
- Please go to www.renweb.com.
- Select Login from the menu bar and ParentsWeb Login from the dropdown menu.
- Enter VC-NC into the District Code field.
- Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link on the page for 'Forgot Password'.
- After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.
- Click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment button.
- Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet.
Great news! Parents, the Opportunity Scholarship has been expanded and is now available for all families (new and current) to apply for and be awarded based on income. The application process opens tomorrow, Thursday, February 1, 2024.

VCCS will conduct a Parent Talk on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at the Elementary location at 6pm. We encourage all parents to come out for more details.Rest assured that our first priority is a place for your child(ren)!

Plan a Visit
VCCS Shadow Days
On Shadow Days visiting students will get a taste of what a typical school day is like. They will be paired with a VCCS student in the same grade with similar interests. While visiting students are shadowing, their parents are encouraged to tour the campus.
To shadow a VCCS student and reserve a tour of the campus, please email Mrs. Osborne. You may also call the Elementary or Middle/High school office to schedule an appointment. The number of visiting students we can accommodate on Shadow Days is limited; so please reserve your date in advance.
