Author & Speaker Lance Chibik Inspires VCCS Students to “Be the Change”

We were honored to welcome author and speaker Lance Chibik to Victory Christian Center School for an engaging and thought-provoking session with our students. Known for his dynamic approach to leadership and growth, Lance encouraged our Kings to Feel, See, and Act Differently—to rise up, take bold steps, and live with intention. His core message: "Be the Change." Start where you are. Take messy action over no action, because you are a starter, not a spectator. Lance challenged our students to overcome impostor syndrome, apply what they’re learning in real time (Sametime application), and embrace the hustle—not just to stay busy, but to move forward on purpose.

His motivational insights reminded us that transformation begins with mindset and is sustained by faith-fueled action.
