Heirs of Legends™ Media Hosts Communication & Leadership Summit for VCCS

The VCCS High School Communication & Leadership Summit, presented by Heirs of Legends™ Media, was an engaging and purpose-filled experience that empowered our students to lead with confidence and communicate with clarity. It is always a blessing when one of our very own returns, and we were especially honored to welcome back VCCS alumna Antriece Mitchell, founder of Heirs of Legends™ Media, who served as our summit facilitator. Her vibrant presence, media expertise, and heart for developing young leaders made the experience all the more impactful. Over the course of two days, students were guided through practical, hands-on sessions that stretched their thinking and activated their voices. From elevator pitches and bold idea mapping to mastering conversation and managing live discussions, they explored what it means to communicate with purpose. Day two focused on leadership and influence—particularly in the digital world. Students examined the importance of positive social media behavior and being mindful of their digital footprint, understanding that what they post today can shape the opportunities of tomorrow. Through interactive exercises like the “Social Media Scenario Solver” and the unforgettable “Marsh-Mouth Effect™,” they learned to speak up, stand out, and show up well in every arena. We are so proud of the growth we witnessed. The seeds planted during this summit will surely bear fruit as our students rise as Kingdom leaders—bold, equipped, and ready to impact their generation for the Kingdom of God.
