VCCS Students Experience STEAM and Faith at the Billy Graham Library
On March 4, 2026, our K5 and 2nd Grade students participated in a special STEAM workshop at the Billy Graham Library. The day was filled with hands on activities that connected Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math while also introducing students to the life and ministry of Billy Graham.
Students made butter during the Science session, explored how Billy Graham used technology to share the gospel around the world, built their own harmonicas during the Engineering activity, designed creative crusade advertisements in Art, and practiced budgeting while managing Betsy Bucks in the Math workshop.
The most meaningful part of the experience was Faith Formation. Students learned how God used Billy Graham’s life to impact millions and heard the message of salvation through Jesus Christ. Several students accepted the invitation to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and for that we say to God be all the glory.
The day was a wonderful blend of academic learning and spiritual growth, creating a memorable experience for our students.
