The KINGS Return Enlightened By Their Travels

From August 13–22, while the rest of our student body was walking through the doors of Victory Christian Center School to start the new school year, six mission-minded students were preparing for a life-transforming trip to India.

Jayce Chapman, Jayden Chapman, Darryl Gray, Kellell Burch, Savion Stover, and Ashlyn Stover joined Pastor Gool and Cyril Prabhu on this incredible journey. They visited Chennai, Trichy, and Hyderabad, attending services, serving others, and experiencing the richness of a culture devoted to God.

A highlight of the trip was visiting Calvary Temple in Hyderabad, a church of over 300,000 members, and their dedicated Prayer Mountain, where people gather freely day and night to seek God. Their reverence for God and their unwavering devotion was overwhelming. Our students had the privilege of praying for Pastor Dr. Satish Kumar and the congregation, actively participating in ministry and witnessing faith in action.

The biggest takeaway from this trip? Seeing the depth of commitment these believers have to God and understanding how seriously they live out their faith. It was a powerful reminder of the global body of Christ and left a lasting impact on all who went.
