Victory Christian Center High School is a life-changing experience where lifelong memories are made. It’s where students in grades 9-12 gain more confidence in their abilities to lead, push through challenges, find their passions and excel at their talents. During this time, students get to test their abilities to love others as themselves and to live as ambassadors for Christ.
Our incredible staff knows their subject matter, and they know high schoolers. They realize every student is wonderfully and fearfully made with unique talents that God designed for His glory. Building on a foundation of deep caring and trust, they encourage students to push past their limits and hold tightly the truth that God has an intricate plan for each of their lives.
Our High School team becomes intently focused on preparing each student for life after graduation. A four-year plan ensures they are taking the right classes to pursue their post-high-school dreams, and Honors and AP classes provide the highest level of challenge for those seeking admission to selective programs.
VCCS emphasizes the student's ability to communicate ideas well and provides numerous opportunities in class and outside of class for students to improve their skills. Because thought and language form the foundation for learning and communication, grammar, spelling, vocabulary, composition, and literature are vitally important.
Foreign Language Department
The Foreign Language department offers the study of Spanish and French. The program is designed to increase students' linguistic and practical skills and broaden their awareness of the culture they are studying.
The Science program equips High School students to be Christian leaders in the advancing world of technology. Students are challenged academically through rigorous coursework, projects, and laboratory work. They also test their knowledge by participating in local, state, and national competitions. Due to the collaborative nature of their projects, students are able to build and strengthen acquired skills in teamwork and leadership.
The focus of the Physical Education Department is to empower students to honor their body as God's temple. Students are instructed and guided in making proper choices in the areas of thoughts, diet and exercise that will aide them in this process.
