  • Registration fees are due when students are enrolled for classes.  Payment of these fees reserves the student a place on the class list.  If your child is not accepted for admission, the registration fee will be refunded.  Otherwise, registration fees are nonrefundable.  No exceptions.
  • Monthly tuition payments are due the first of each month beginning August 1st, and ending May 1st.
  • A $10.00 late fee per child will be automatically charged when tuition is received after the 15th of each month.
  • A late payment notice will be mailed after the 15th.
  • Any account past due after the 25th of each month will be subject to termination.  If there is a problem, the parent(s) should contact the school.
  • There will be a return check charge of $15.00.  If two checks are returned, all future payments must be made by money order or certified check.
  • Student report cards and records will not be issued when accounts are overdue.
  • Students are not to handle tuition payments.

 

A current tuition rate sheet, listing fees and discounts, can be obtained from VCCS.

Students who withdraw or transfer to another school will have their records forwarded to the new school only after their accounts have been paid in full.
