The staff of VCCS has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and is filled with the Holy Spirit with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues. We attempt to hold our teachers to the following qualifications:

• A call of God to minister to children.
• Certified by the state or working towards certification. (We realize there may be instances where certification might need to be waived as God directs.)
• The ability to convey love and exercise patience to and with the students.
• The ability to lead a student into a personal, saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
• The ability to work with and under the leadership of Victory Christian Center School.
• The ability to maintain a wholesome and Christ-centered working relationship with colleagues.
• The ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with parents.
