At VCCS, we endeavor to provide an atmosphere where our students can use their talents and God-given abilities in various sports and represent Christ on multiple platforms. Our students bring a high level of competitiveness to the SPAA Conference, as well as to sports in general and have held these standards for nearly two decades. We encourage them to be their best, both on and off the playing fields.

Although VCCS has averaged about 400 students for the last several years, size has never been an issue when it comes to accomplishment. Many of our graduates have been recruited in most sports, and numerous ones have received Division I and II athletic scholarships. The boys basketball team has won 15 regular season championships, 15 tournament championships, nine state championships and six national titles - that's 9 out of the last 17 seasons!!

The graduating classes of 2007 and 2008 consist of football and basketball signees who currently play at Clemson University, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Appalachian State University and George Mason University, to name a few. Most recently, the Class of 2009 produced two Division I recruits, Justin Foxx, who signed with Duke University and Curtis Porter, who signed with the University of Miami. We also had several Division II recruits in this graduating class. Besides basketball and football, other sports at Victory Christian Center School include volleyball, soccer, golf, track & field, softball and baseball. The Kings have also excelled in other sports, bringing home six volleyball conference and tournament championships, two state track and field titles and one softball conference championship.

In 2007, a record eight players received offers to compete on the college gridiron, and Victory produced the Mecklenburg County region's top recruit and its first national recruit, Kourtnei Brown, who is currently a defensive end with the Clemson Tigers. From the Class of 2009 defensive end Justin Foxx is playing for Duke University and defensive tackle Curtis Porter joined the Miami Hurricanes roster and more than five other players have signed with Division II schools since.
