Michael Pratt has held the position of principal at Victory Christian Center School since the school’s inception in June 1989 - over two decades!! He oversees the Preschool, Elementary, Middle School and High School divisions of the school. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in History Education from North Carolina A&T State University, with Magna Cum Laude academic honors. He holds a Master of Education Degree in Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has received his Associate Degree in Christian Ministry from More Than Conquerors School of Ministry. Before fulfilling his current position, Mr. Pratt taught history, math and health in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School system from August 1975-June 1989, while simultaneously serving as an assistant to the principal from 1988-1989. Mr. Pratt has proved himself an effective administrator both behind and in front of “the desk”, helping to produce favorable results in the classroom while also managing to establish that vital “connect” with the students that often goes lacking in today’s schools and classrooms. He also serves as ICAA chairman of various schools across the country through the International Christian Accrediting Association.
